Click on the Submissions Tab, select Consumer and scroll to find the submission you are searching for.

If a loan qualifies for Multi-Draw Payments, you will see a button stating so on the individual submission (Submissions Tab). Click on the Multi-Draw Payment button and then you will be able to select your preferred payment breakdown.

After you have completed the job and your customer signs off, the money will be deposited directly into your account 12-48 hours later.

If you are using D2C lenders your customers will be paid directly by the lender who then, in turn, pay you.

If you are signed-up with Direct Pay, once the job is complete the funds will be deposited directly into your bank account within 12-48hrs.

With D2C (Direct to customers) lenders, the funds will be sent directly to the customers bank account within 12-48hrs. Your customer will then be able to pay you for the job.

Our pool of DirectPay lenders lend your customers the money to finance their project and deposit the funds directly into your bank account.

Our pool of D2C lenders send the funds to your customer who can then in turn pay you.

When using DirectPay, your customers can only use the loan for home improvement projects.

When using our D2C lenders, anything can be financed irrespective of its purpose.

Our growing pool of over 300 lenders has financing options for everyone! Simply take your customer through the financing process and allow our lenders to compete for their business.

You can accept a down payment on Step #3 of the application. However, it is easier for your customer to pay their down payment to you directly outside of the OperandiFi platform, then finance the remainder of what they need.

You can instantly finance any project from $100 – $100,000 through the OperandiFi platform.

That is between the selected lender and your customer and does not affect you in anyway. You are paid in full upon job completion.

Yes! However this will come at a fee to you. You can enable 0% financing by going to Settings Tab > Account > Financials > Adjust MaxFee. This will allow you to pay your customers APR by having the lender deduct it from your deposit.

For $150 per month you can have one of our representatives help your customer fill out their application on the phone
– 8hrs per day, 5 days per week.

For $300 per month you can have one of our representatives help your customer fill out their application on the phone
– 24hrs per day, 7 days per week.

Customers can complete the financing application in just a few minutes!
